Role Summary:

 The team member will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities including managing items noted below, along with supporting the President and other Senior Leaders of the equipment finance and leasing subsidiary at Customers Bank. Essential duties include the following: 

  • Provide administrative support to the President and members of the Leadership Team.
  • Arrange travel schedule and reservations for staff as needed
  • Heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, to coordinate a variety of executive meetings
  • Answer phones, screen calls and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently as needed
  • Compose emails on behalf of President, as directed
  • Take, transcribe and distribute Meeting Minutes for appropriate meetings
  • Create and modify documents, letters, redlines, org charts, FedEx. Coordinate meetings and off-site conferences including negotiating rates, planning agenda, menu selection, transportation, etc.
  • Assist with preparation of presentation materials including but not limited to, Power Point
  • Prepare vouchers and expense reports for President
  • Track all appropriate expenses
  • Responsible for gathering all CCF vouchers, assuring GL and Department Codes are correct, getting appropriate signature approvals and sending to bank for processing
  • Handle all general office management duties such as mail and FedEx handling, monitoring and maintaining office and kitchen supplies, serving as central point of contact for office equipment and office supply vendors, and building management
  • Copying, scanning and filing as requested by Leadership Team
  • Miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by Leadership Team
  • Review and approve all CCF/Portsmouth office expenses
  • Compile and manage CCF weekly Pipeline
  • Compile and manage CCF WIP/Booking Projection
  • Compile and manage CCF financial reporting prepared monthly for CB
  • Compile and manage CCF’s monthly actual vs. budgeted results
  • Maintain CCF website, LinkedIn profile, and Google
  • Assist with onboarding process for new employees

Technology Strengths:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Proficient in Visio 


  • Minimum of 5 years prior banking or financial services experience
  • 5 years providing support for upper-level management
